First hotel SK-Royal has opened in Moscow
[*content:isnot=``:then=`The opening of a hotel complex SK-Royal, built by group of companies Tashir took place in Moscow on 25 August 2010.

SK-Royal is situated not far away from the Sheremetyevo airport and the Crocus Expo exhibition centre, on the interseption of Dmitrovskoye highway and MKAD. Together with the megamall RIO opened there in the end of the 2008, it makes part of a City- Park Moscow. 25-floor 4* category hotel occupies 20 000 sq. m.

There are 170 suites (Comfort, De Luxe Family, Studio, Apartment) in space from 35 to 120 sq. m. , each of them is fitted with two telephones, safe, mini-bar, air-conditioner, interactive television, wireless internet access, and a hairdryer.

Apart from the suites there is a restaurant in the hotel (70 seats), a lobby bar (70 seats) and a conference-hall. In addition, the hotel guests will have access to the developed infrastructure
Of the megamall RIO including the variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, a multiplex cinema, bowling, free parking and a twenty-four-hour room service.
Tashir Group itself controls over the complex through system Micros-Fidelio.
The amount of investments into project is $50 millions.
The hotel is the seventh in succession hotel complex, implemented by GC “Tashir” and the first project under the hotel chair brand SK-Royal, which further development is in the group’s plans. In the holding’s portfolio are operating hotels in Kaluga, Sochi and Yalta, two hotels (in the composition of MMDC “Moscow City” and in Yaroslavl) are in the stage of construction, the regular hotel in Kaluga is projected.
