Tashir Group has opened a regular hotel in Kaluga

The opening of Park-Hotel took place in Kaluga.
The hotel is situated in
the heart of the city at Gercen Str. 37.
The total area of the project
is up to 2500 sq m, it houses 38 comfortable suites, a fitness-club, sauna
and a French restaurant Le Jardin.
Park-Hotel has become
the sixth hotel project of Tashir Group. Earlier holding company opened spa
complex Tashir in Sochi, hotel complex Tashir in Yalta, hotel Kaluga, Ugra and
a hotel in the composition of a ski resort Kwan in Kaluga. Tashir Group plans further
development of the projects in this segment of real estate. Particularly, in
2010 will be opened hotel & office complex SK-Royal in Moscow on the
Dmitrovskoe highway, besides the group continues the building of the
multifunctional recreational complex
with the winter garden
and a hotel in the central nucleus of
MIBC Moscow-City and a hotel in Yaroslavl.
