Tashir Group started redevelopment of shopping centre PASSAZH in Kaluga

Tashir Group started redevelopment of its first object of commercial real estate - shopping centre PASSAZH in Kaluga. PASSAZH was opened by Tashir in 1998, it was first modern shopping center of Kaluga.
Redevelopment of the area which is located in the heart of the city, at the intersection of more than 20 autoroutes, supposes the construction of a new complex of considerably larger area (17,000 square meters) that will have an expanded set of functions. In addition to the commersial area,  the complex will include entertainment area, including multiplex with 3 cinema halls and food court. It will also provide ground and underground parkings.
