Trade and leisure centre RIO in Belgorod became an award winner of the first independent prize "Records of the market of real estate, construction and finance"

The award of winners of the prize "Records of the market of real estate, construction and finance", established by Moscow Business Club, took place in Moscow on April, 22. Trade and leisure centre  RIO in Belgorod became the winner in the category "Best Regional object".
RIO in Belgorod was opened by Tashir Group in November 2009 and became the first modern shopping and entertainment center in the city. Within only  first three days of work, almost 200 thousand people visited this mall.
Moscow Business Club is a professional business community that unites top officials of Russian and international companies in real estate, construction and finance. Established by the Club, this award demonstrates the biggest achievements and the best offers of the real estate market.
