Tashir Group completed the acquisition of multifunctional trade and leisure centre EuroPark

Tashir Group was titled for an ownership of a multifunctional trade and leisure centre EuroPark which is located at the intersection of three highways: the Moscow Ring Road, Rublevskoye and Rublevo-Uspenskoye highways.

Late January, the holding payed off  EuroPark from Deutsche Bank which was a mortgage credit of former object owners. The holding does not intend to change considerably the format of centre, it is planned to pay more attention to the object management.

The acquisition of EuroPark became one of seven transactions of the holding concerning mergers of crisis assets in Moscow that took place in 2009 — 2010.
