Tashir Group became co-owner of another one project: 50% of an office and hotel complex (70 000 sq. m) in the central nucleus of MIBC Moscow-City

Tashir Group and CJSC Soglasie will conjointly develop the project of this office and hotel center as a part of the project Moscow-City. For a moment, the project is under construction.

Shares are divided in two. Tashir Group will complete construction works, put it into service and then exploit the object.

The opening is scheduled for the forth quarter of 2010. Total construction investments will be about $100 million.

The project supposes the construction of an office and hotel complex with a commercial part in the central nucleus of the project Moscow-City, section 8a. Its total area will be 70000 sq. m. 

Tashir Group is actively participating in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Quite a number of its realized projects may examplify the successful alliance under conditions of crisis. Previously, the group have announced the acquisition of a share of Sedmoj Kontinent in the shopping center Shokolad in Reutovo, at present this object is fully owned by holding. Also, Tashir Group and Avenue Group became partners, they are currently developping the former project of Avenue:  the shopping centre Trjapka on the Leningradskoye highway that was opened in October, 2009, under the brand name RIO which belongs to Tashir. Besides, the holding has purchased MSM-Invest company which is constructing a residential complex of 207 000 sq. m in area. It is situated at the intersection of Nametkina Street and Khersonskaya Street; this residential complex will enter the market under the brand Gazoil City.
