Raiffeisenbank organized a syndicated loan for Tashir Group

JSC Raifeisenbank is the leading organisator and Agent under credit agreement about granting a syndicated loan for the amount of 150 million USD to GazOilTrrade Ltd. with the purpose of refinancing Gazoil Plaza. The leading organizator is also Amsterdam Trade Bank N.V.. Organizators are Banque Société Générale Vostok, Public Joint Stock Company Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited.

The term of the credit is 5 years from the date of concluding of the credit agreement, at the rate LIBOR +6.4%. The credit will be used for financing the credit portfolio and financing the current projects of the Group.

Gazoil Plaza is an A-class business center of the total area about 35 904.8 sq.m. located to the address: Moscow, Namyotkina St,. 12A.
The deal became special for Tashir Group, with which we have been successfully cooperating for already a few years. During the syndication we noticed considerable interest of the investors, that proving the high quality of the loaner in conditions of limited liquidity in the development industry and unstable situation at financial markets, by comments of Pavel Gurin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC Raiffeisenbank.
