Erevan Plaza is located in Southern Administrative District of Moscow at the crossing of the third transport ring and Varshavskoye Highway, near the Tulskaya Metro Station. The project was developed by the international architectural firm VeK Project, a subsidiary of Tashir Group, V.V. Vermisyhan, Zu.P. Grigoriev, and I.T. Tilk following an international agreement on cooperation between the cities of Moscow and Erevan. The construction was carried out in cooperation with Stinkkom Group. The facade of the building is made of polished rock travertine which has been widely used in traditional as well as contemporary Armenian architecture. The ground floor of the building is faced with granite.
